It is extremely important that you are fully informed about all the aspects of the implantation of the ARTISAN^® / ARTIFLEX^® lenses. The majority of the eye hospitals and clinics for this reason organize frequently candidate-patient meetings. During such a meeting you will be informed fully about the advantages and disadvantages of an ARTISAN^® / ARTIFLEX^® lens implantation. In the majority of the cases there is a consultant or an optometrist present to whom you can direct all your questions. Often you will meet also a lens wearer; you will be able to hear her/his story and of course ask your questions.
